摘 要:近年来,旅游视频在目的地营销等方面的作用愈加凸显,而它的社会效益还有待进一步挖掘。文章力图探索旅游视频能否通过影响情绪,继而使那些受到心理疾病影响的弱势群体也能体验到旅游的益处。基于旅游场概念,研究建构了包含不同旅游情境的视频,通过人脸情绪识别系统对不同群组进行实时测量后,研究发现:(1)旅游视频可以对人的情绪产生积极作用;(2)不同心理健康状态的群组在情绪反应上存在显著差异;(3)新颖型旅游场对心理健康群组的效果更好,特别是丰富的人文景观以及互动性强的旅游活动能带来更好的体验。依恋型旅游场可以有效稳定抑郁状态群组和心理疾病群组的情绪;而新颖型旅游场的部分情境虽然可以增强这两组群体的情绪效价,但会降低情绪稳定性;值得关注的是不同旅游场中的自然元素发挥出良好的治愈作用。In recent years,the role of tourism videos in destination marketing has become increasingly prominent,yet their social benefits remain to be further explored.This study aims to investigate whether tourism videos can influence emotions and enable disadvantaged groups,who are limited by illness,to experience the benefits of tourism.Based on the concept of the tourist field,videos that contain different travel situations were constructed.Real-time measurement of emotions experienced by different groups while watching the videos was performed using a facial emotion recognition system.The study reveals that:(1)Tourism videos can have a positive impact on people’s emotions.(2)Individuals with different mental health statuses have significant differences in emotional responses.(3)The novel tourist field has superior effects on healthy people,especially when enriched with cultural landscapes and interactive activities.The attachment tourist field can effectively stabilize the emotions of the depressive state group and the mental illness group.Meanwhile,the novel tourist field can enhance the emotional valence of both groups but may reduce emotional stability.Notably,the natural elements in different tourism settings exhibit a positive therapeutic effect.
