摘 要:随着消费者对健康食品的需求增加,药食同源中药材因其独特的药用和食用价值而日益受到关注。然而,农药残留问题严重影响了药食同源中药材的质量和安全性。质谱技术作为一种高灵敏度、高选择性的分析技术,能够准确、快速地检测和定量分析复杂样品中的农药残留,因此在药食同源中药材的质量控制和安全性评估中具有重要的应用前景。通过简述质谱技术的组成及其发展历程,重点综述了常用质谱技术在药食同源中药材农药残留检测中的应用,展望了小型化、绿色化、智能化、高灵敏的发展趋势,为药食同源中药材的质量安全提供保障。The increasing demand for healthful foods has heightened interest in Chinese medicinal materials due to their unique medicinal and edible properties,particularly those with the homology of medicine and food.However,concerns regarding pesticide residue contamination have raised significant issues concerning the quality and safety of these medicinal materials Consequently,mass spectrometry(MS),a highly sensitive and selective analytical technology,offers considerable potential for the accurate and rapid detection and quantitative analysis of pesticides in complex samples.This makes it an invaluable tool for the quality control and safety assessment of Chinese medicinal materials with the homology of medicine and food.This review will briefly outline the components of mass spectrometry and its developmental history,with a focus on the application of commonly used mass spectrometry techniques in detecting pesticide residues in Chinese medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food.Additionally,the review will explore future trends in the miniaturization,greening,intelligence,and enhanced sensitivity of mass spectrometry technologies,which hold the potential to further ensure the quality and safety of these medicinal materials.
