摘  要:随着移动互联网的广泛普及和信息技术的迅猛发展,传统出版传媒行业正面临前所未有的变革需求。如何通过转型升级寻找新的增长点、推动产业创新并提升市场竞争力,已成为传统出版传媒企业函待解决的关键问题。在此过程中,资本支持至关重要,但传统的融资模式已难以满足行业快速发展的需求。本研究深入探讨了出版传媒行业的融资现状、现存问题、可利用资产以及融资模式的创新路径,旨在为行业提供多元化的融资思路,助力其突破资金瓶颈,实现可持续发展。With the widespread adoption of mobile internet and the rapid development of information technology,the traditional publishing and media industry is facing unprecedented demands for transformation.How to seek new growth opportunities,promote industrial innovation,and enhance market competitiveness through transformation and upgrading has become a key issue that traditional publishing and media enterprises urgently need to address.In this process,financial support is crucial,yet traditional financing models are no longer sufficient to meet the industry's rapid development needs.This study explores the current financing situation,existing problems,available assets,and innovative paths in financing models within the publishing and media industry.It aims to provide diversified financing ideas for the industry to help break through financial bottlenecks and achieve sustainable development.
