摘 要:随着中国航空运输业的不断发展,支线机场建设需求不断增加,然而支线机场地处偏远,环境恶劣,塔台建设成本与管制员值守难度高。本文为解决远程塔台内的人员配置优化问题,选取5个典型支线机场使用基于MATLAB的YALMIP语言,调用CPLEX求解器,综合考虑白天模块切换频次以及流量负载均衡等因素,设计了有可行性的远程塔台管制人员配置方案。该方案相较传统塔台在减少40%人员配置的情况下,能够保证管制员情景意识的建立,合理安排空中交通管制流量。With the continuous development of China's air transport industry,the demand for regional airport construction continues to increase.However,regional airports are located in remote areas and have harsh environments,the cost of tower construction and the difficulty of ATC work are high.In order to solve the problem of staffing optimization in remote towers,this paper selects five typical regional airports and designs a feasible remote control tower personnel configuration scheme by using the YALMIP language based on MATLAB,calling the CPLEX solver,and considering factors such as the frequency of module switching during the day and traffic load balancing,Compared with traditional tower,this solution can ensure the establishment of controllers,situational awareness and rationalize air traffic flow while achieving 40%reduction in staffing.
