摘 要:本文根据2009~2022年新津机场逐小时地面观测资料,结合新津机场起飞着陆的天气标准以及运行安全要求,将影响飞行训练的重要天气定义为不可飞天气,通过分析不可飞天气年际变化趋势和季节分布特点,得出新津机场全天、日航、夜航平均可飞率分别为93.9%、93.4%、95.4%;影响飞行训练的重要天气中,低能见度天气影响显著、雷雨次之,降雪影响最小,且在2017年后不可飞天气明显减少并趋于平稳。This article is based on hourly ground observation data from Xinjin Airport from 2009 to 2022,and combined with the weather standards for takeoff and landing and operational safety requirements at Xinjin Airport.The important weather affecting flight training is defined as non-flyable weather.By analyzing the interannual variation trend and seasonal distribution characteristics of non-flyable weather,it is concluded that the average flyable rates for the entire day,daytime and nighttime at Xinjin Airport are 93.9%,93.4%and 95.4%respectively.Among the important weather affecting flight training,low visibility weather has a significant impact,followed by thunderstorms,and snowfall has the least impact.Moreover,since 2017,there has been a noticeable reduction in non-flyable weather,which has then stabilized.
