摘 要:在运输类飞机进入服役期后,局方在开展持续适航管理活动时应当密切关注新颖独特的设计细节在机队运行中的表现,向细节要安全。同时,应当督促持证人主动落实主体责任,确保及时准确地应对可能出现的潜在安全问题。本文结合具体持续适航监管实践中的案例,讨论持续安全管理活动中需要关注的关键因素,提出促进运输类飞机新颖独特设计细节持续安全管理的相关建议。After transport aircraft enters into service,the authority should pay close attention to the performance of novel and unique design details in fleet operation when carrying out continued airworthiness management activities and ask for safety of details.At the same time,the design approval holder should be urged to take the initiative to implement the main responsibility to ensure that potential safety problems may be timely and accurately addressed.Based on practical cases of continued airworthiness management,this paper discusses the key factors that need to be paid attention to in continued safety management activities,and proposes relevant suggestions for promoting continued safety management of novel and unique design details of transport aircraft.
