摘 要:某新引进的小型飞机为满足常驻机场的特殊运行要求,需加装一套UAT模式的ADS-B OUT系统。由于引进时间短,加改装维修能力建设尚不足,为确保加改装的适航性和合规性,加改装团队在借鉴类似经验的基础上,从系统构型、可行性分析、持续适航符合性3方面开展研究,通过说明性文件、分析计算、地面试验、飞行试验等方式进行可行性论证。结果表明,本次加装的GDL90收发机系统满足该机型的实际运行需求,部件的安装符合民航规章要求,初始及持续适航性满足飞机手册要求。A newly introduced small aircraft needs to be equipped with an ADS-B OUT system in UAT mode to meet the special operational requirements of the permanent airport.Due to the short introduction time and insufficient construction of retrofitting and maintenance capabilities,in order to ensure the airworthiness and compliance of the retrofit,the retrofitting team conducts research in three aspects:system configuration,feasibility analysis and continuous airworthiness compliance,drawing on similar experience.Feasibility studies are conducted through explanatory documents,analysis calculations,ground tests,flight tests and other methods.The results show that the GDL90 transceiver system installed this time meets the actual operational requirements of the aircraft model,the installation of components meets the requirements of civil aviation regulations,and the initial and continuous airworthiness meets the requirements of the aircraft manual.
