社会组织对社会治理共同体建设的作用机理研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会主义现代化建设的推进,各类社会组织如雨后春笋般蓬勃兴起,迅速而广泛地进入经济社会的各个领域,已成为我国社会治理共同体建设中不可或缺的力量,因而,如何发挥社会组织的积极作用值得关注。本研究采用中介效应检验方法考察社会组织对社会治理共同体建设的作用机理,对1658份问卷进行匹配分析,结果显示:(1)社会组织对推动社会治理共同体建设产生影响;(2)政府支持、自身建设、协作能力以及参与动因均存在显著的中介效应,表现为部分中介;(3)社会组织通过政府支持获得了政策与资源的扶持,通过自身建设提升了专业性和社会影响力,通过协作能力促进了资源的整合与共享,通过参与动因展现了社会责任感和公共利益追求。With the advancement of China's socialist modernization,all kinds of social organizations have sprung up such as mushrooms after rain,rapidly and extensively entered various fields of economy and society,which have become an indispensable force in the construction of social governance community in China.In this study,the mediation effect test was used to investigate the mechanism of social organizations on the construction of social governance community,and 1658 questionnaires were matched and analyzed,and the results were showed:(1)social organizations have an impact on promoting the construction of social governance community.(2)There are significant mediating effects in government support,self-construction,collaboration ability and participation motivation,which are manifested as partial mediation.(3)Social organizations have received policy and resource support through government support,enhanced their professionalism and social influence through self-construction,promoted the integration and sharing of resources through collaboration ability,and demonstrated their sense of social responsibility and pursuit of public interests through participation motivation.
