摘　　要：数字产业集群作为一种独特的集群类型,是数字化时代的产物,是建立在数字技术架构和数字基础设施之上,利用数据作为基本生产要素,利用数字技术引领生产过程的产业集群。数字产业集群具有不同于一般产业集群的特征,强调对数字资产的广泛应用,更注重创业机会发现和商业模式创新,是地理空间和数字空间多层叠加的复合体。在数据要素、数字技术、数字平台的驱动作用下,在数字基础设施、数字化场景和数字产业园区载体的支撑作用下,在供应链、创新链和产业链的高效协同促进下,一股强大的相互作用和相互加强的力量逐步生成,推动着数字产业集群的形成和发展。未来,还需要从着力发挥政府引导作用、着力培育数字产业创新人才和企业群体、着力完善数字基础设施、着力突破数字技术创新、着力优化场景应用等方面进一步推进数字产业集群的发展。Digital industrial clusters,as a unique type of cluster emerging in the digital age,are built upon digital technology infrastructure and digital facilities.These clusters utilize data as the basic production factor,and leverage digital technology to lead the production process,exhibiting unique characteristics compared to traditional industrial clusters.They emphasize the widespread application of digital assets,prioritize the discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and business model innovation,and function as a multi-layered spatial-digital hybrid systems.Under the driving force of data elements,digital technology,and digital platforms,supported by digital infrastructure,digital scenarios,and digital industrial park carriers,these clusters evolve through the synergy of supply chains,innovation chains,and industrial chains.Thus a powerful force of interaction and mutual reinforcement is formed,which promotes the formation and development of digital industrial clusters.In the future,it is necessary to further promote the development of digital industrial clusters by focusing on leveraging government guidance,cultivating digital innovative talents and corporate groups,improving digital infrastructure,breaking through digital technology innovation,and optimizing scenario applications.
