摘 要:为有效降低水体中磷酸盐污染,提高磷化工磷矿浮选尾矿的利用效率,采用以正选磷尾矿和反选磷尾矿为主要原料,辅以蒙脱石为粘结剂,通过高温焙烧制备出磷尾矿复合陶粒(PTMCA),利用XRD、 SEM、 BET和FTIR等技术对其进行物化表征,并通过宏观吸附试验研究PTMCA对磷酸盐的吸附行为。试验结果表明:PTMCA对磷酸盐表现了较高的选择性,存在对磷酸盐特异性吸附的活性位点,其高比表面积和孔隙率促进了磷分子在其表面的吸附反应,磷酸盐去除率可达96.50%以上。此外,磷尾矿中钙、镁金属氧化物的存在使溶液中的磷形成稳定的沉淀。动力学和等温线数据拟合符合准二级吸附动力学和Langmuir模型,主要通过化学吸附去除,并在表面形成单层膜,是一种自发的吸热熵增反应,拟合得到的最大磷吸附量可达8.87mg/g。To effectively reduce phosphate pollution in water bodies and improve the utilization efficiency of phosphate flotation tailings in phosphate chemical industry,phosphate tailings composite ceramic particles(PTMCA)were prepared by high-temperature calcination using positive and negative selected phosphate tailings as the main raw materials,supplemented by montmorillonite as a binder.The Physicochemical property of PTMCA was characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,FTIR and some other technologies;besides,the adsorption behavior of PTMCA on phosphate was studied through macroscopic adsorption experiment.The results showed that,PTMCA showed high selectivity towards phosphate and had active sites for specific adsorption of phosphate.Its high specific surface area and porosity promoted the adsorption reaction of phosphorus molecules on its surface,and the removal efficiency of phosphate could reach over 96.50%.In addition,the presence of calcium and magnesium metal oxides in phosphate tailings caused stable precipitation of phosphorus in the solution.The kinetic and isotherm data fitting conformed to the pseudo second order adsorption kinetics and Langmuir model,mainly through chemical adsorption removal,and the formation of a single-layer film on the surface,which was a spontaneous endothermic entropy increase reaction.The maximum phosphorus adsorption capacity obtained by fitting could reach 8.87 mg/g.
