摘 要:针对某煤化工废水处理AO工艺,基于选择压及金属离子强化造粒理论进行污泥致密化改良,实现连续流工况下的致密污泥技术工程化运用。结果表明:稳定运行期间系统MLSS为(7.48±1.45) g/L,MLVSS为(1.44±0.23) g/L,SVI为(35.5±4.23) m L/g,SV^(30)/SV_(5)为0.48,对COD、NH_(3)-N去除率分别达到91.3%和99.81%,出水水质满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级标准。镜检发现存在小型颗粒状污泥,粒径为10~30μm,可见累枝虫、钟虫、表壳虫和磷壳虫等微生物。According to the AO process for coal chemical wastewater treatment,the sludge densification improvement was carried out based on selective pressure and metal ion enhanced granulation theory,so as to realize the engineering application of the densified sludge technology under continuous flow condition.The results showed that,during the stable operation period,the mass concentrations of MLSS and MLVSS were(7.48±1.45)and(1.44±0.23)g/L respectively,the mass concentration of SVI was(35.5±4.23)mL/g,the value of SV_(30)/SV_(5) was 0.48,the removal rates of COD and NH_(3)-N reached 91.3%and 99.81%respectively,the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.Microscopic examination revealed the presence of small granular sludge with a particle size of 10-30μm,and microorganisms such as epistylis,vorticella,arcella,euglypha,and so on were seen.
