摘  要:针对炼厂循环冷却水消耗量大,新鲜水补水量难以降低的问题进行多水源补水的相关研究,以期减少新鲜水补水量。通过研究多水源水质对循环冷却水水质的影响,分析多水源补水的可行性,并对实际应用过程中的经济性进行评价。研究发现:运行过程中市政中水量控制在90~100t/d,回用中水量控制在180~190t/d时,循环冷却水水质在系统运行要求范围内,每年可节约新鲜水90000 t,节约费用约为8.76万元,具有一定的经济效益。In view of the problem that large consumption of circulating cooling water in refinery plant makes it difficult to reduce the fresh water replenishment,corresponding research on multi-source make-up water was carried out,hoping to reduce fresh water consumption.Through study the influence of multi-source water quality on circulating cooling water quality,the feasibility of using multi-source make-up water was analyzed,besides,the economical efficiency of it during the actual application was evaluated.It was found that,under the condition that the quantity of municipal reclaimed water during the operation process was controlled at 90-100 t/d,the reclaimed water quantity was controlled at 180-190 t/d,the quality of circulating cooling water met the requirement of the system operation,about 90000 t of fresh water could be saved per year,which reducing 87600 yuan,showing significant economic benefit.
