摘　　要：某生物科技园污水处理厂收纳废水以生物制药、半导体、装备制造企业排水为主,废水成分复杂、有机物含量高、可生化性差,出水要求高,其中BOD5、氨氮、石油类执行GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准,TP执行GB 3838—2002Ⅲ类标准,其他指标执行江苏省地方标准DB32/4440—2022《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的A标准。根据进水水质特征,将生物制药/装备制造废水和半导体废水进行分质预处理,预处理后主体工艺采用两级AO-二沉-高效沉淀-砂滤-臭氧催化氧化-炭滤-次氯酸钠消毒。该组合工艺对高盐、重金属、难降解有机物等特征污染物采取了必要的处理措施,总体技术路线可行,可满足项目环评确定的排放标准要求。The wastewater received by the sewage treatment plant in a biotechnology park is mainly discharged from biopharmaceutical,semiconductor and equipment manufacturing enterprises;the wastewater has characteristics of complex composition,high organic content and poor biodegradability.As the quality requirement of effluent water is high,the indexes of BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,and petroleum should comply with the classⅣstandard of GB 3838—2002 The environmental quality standard for surface water,TP complies with the classⅢstandard of GB 3838—2002,and other indexes complies with the A Level of the local standard of Jiangsu province:DB32/4440—2022 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants.According to the characteristics of the influent water,the wastewater is divided into biopharmaceutical/equipment manufacturing wastewater and semiconductor wastewater for qualitative pretreatment,after pretreatment,the main process is two-stage AO-secondary sedimentation-high efficiency sedimentation-sand filtration-ozone catalytic oxidation-activated carbon filtration-sodium hypochlorite disinfection.This combined process has taken necessary treatment measures for characteristic pollutants such as high salt,heavy metals,and hard-degradable organic compounds,the overall technical route is feasible,which can meet the requirements of emission standard determined by the environmental impact assessment.
