摘　　要：某煤化工园区废水零排放系统主要处理前端膜浓缩排放的高浓度含盐废水,该废水盐分高、有机物浓度高、硬度高,设计采用微滤软化预处理-离子交换-臭氧催化氧化-活性炭吸附-纳滤分盐,纳滤产水采用两级RO膜浓缩-MVR氯化钠结晶,纳滤浓水采用MVR浓缩-冷冻结晶-杂盐结晶-母液干化工艺,介绍了处理工艺流程、主要设计参数和运行效果。工程运行结果表明,高浓度含盐废水经过处理后,系统出水水质优于GB/T50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》中的再生水用于间冷开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准,实现废水全部回用;结晶盐氯化钠和硫酸钠分别达到GB/T 5462—2015《工业盐》中的日晒工业盐二级标准和GB/T 6009—2014 《工业无水硫酸钠》中的Ⅱ类一等品标准,获得较好的经济效益和环境效益。The zero-discharge system of a coal chemical industrial park mainly accepts high concentration salt-containing wastewater discharged from upstream membrane concentration process,the said kind of wastewater has characteristics of high salt concentration,high organic matters concentration and high hardness,therefore,a combined process of microfiltration softening pretreatment-ion exchange-ozone catalytic oxidation-activated carbon adsorption-nanofiltration salt separation was adopted in the design.The produced water from nanofiltration was treated by two stage RO membrane concentration-MVR sodium chloride crystallization,the nanofiltration concentrated water was treated by MVR concentration-freezing crystallization-carnallite crystallization-mother liquor drying.The flow,main design parameters and operation effect of the process were introduced.The engineering operation results showed that,after the treatment of high concentration salt-containing wastewater,the effluent water quality was superior to the make-up water standard of reclaimed water used for indirect cooling open type circulating cooling water system specified in GB/T 50050—2017 Design code for industrial circulating cooling water treatment,which realizing full reuse of wastewater,and the quality of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate reached 2nd standard of sun-crystallized industrial salt in GB/T 5462—2015 Industrial salt,and first-class standard of gradeⅡin GB/T 6009—2014 Industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate respectively,achieving better economic and environmental benefits.
