摘  要:针对某大型煤化工企业生产过程中产生的各种污废水的水质特点,采用针对性的预处理、多级AO+MBR、超滤+反渗透的组合工艺,达到污废水回用的目的 。详细介绍了该废水处理工程的工艺选择、工艺流程、设计参数、运行效果及运行费用。运行结果表明,系统抗冲击负荷能力强,运行效果稳定,回用水产水各项指标均优于GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求。According to the characteristics of the diverse types of sewage and wastewater generated during the production process of a large-scale coal chemical enterprise,a customized combined process of pretreatment,multi-stage AO+MBR and ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis was adopted,so as to reach the target of sewage and wastewater reuse.The process selection,process flow,design parameters,operation effect and operation cost of the said wastewater treatment project were introduced in detail.The operation results showed that,the system exhibits robust resistance to shock loads,ensuring stable performance over time,and all the indicators of the reclaimed water were superior to the requirements specified for make-up water quality of open circulating cooling water system required by GB/T 19923—2005 The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for industrial uses.
