UASB-多级AO工艺处理白酒生产废水工程实例

摘　　要：某白酒生产废水具有污染物浓度高,成分复杂的特点,设计采用预处理-UASB-高效脱氮-多级AO工艺进行处理。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD_(5)、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为31124、15230、884、921、1386、274 mg/L时,经该组合工艺处理后相应出水水质分别为198、69、38、12、35、2.1 mg/L,处理出水能够稳定达到GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》中的表2新建企业污染物间接排放限值。As the wastewater from a liquor production enterprise is characterized by high organic matters concentrations and complex components,pretreatment-UASB-high efficiency denitrification-multistage AO process was adopted for its treatment.The engineering operation results showed that,when the mass concentrations of COD,BOD_(5),SS,NH3-N,TN and TP of the influent water were 31124,15230,884,921,1386 and 274 mg/L respectively,the relevant indexes of the effluent water after the treatment were 198,69,38,12,35 and 2.1 mg/L respectively,which stably reached the indirect emission limits of pollutants for new enterprises in table 2 of GB 27631—2011 Discharge standard of Water pollutants for fermentation alcohol and distilled spirits industry.
