摘 要:为了提高剩余污泥(ES)厌氧发酵产挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的积累量,考察了过氧乙酸(PAA)对ES厌氧发酵的影响,并揭示了相关的影响机制。结果表明,PAA能促进ES的溶出过程,提高发酵液内溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)的浓度,且PAA投加量越高,SCOD的释放越显著。PAA促进了发酵液内溶解性蛋白质和溶解性多糖的浓度。6%PAA为ES厌氧发酵积累VFA的最佳剂量,VFA的最大质量浓度为1 845 mg/L;PAA提高了VFA内乙酸盐占比并降低了丙酸盐占比;高剂量PAA的强氧化性抑制了酸化微生物及产甲烷微生物,从而导致VFA和甲烷产量的下降。投加PAA提高了ES厌氧发酵过程有机质的减容率,挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)最大减容率为34.5%。PAA提高了ES厌氧发酵内氨氮的释放,但未达到氨氮抑制阈值。In order to increase the accumulation of volatile fatty acids(VFA)produced from excess sludge(ES)anaerobic fermentation,the effect of peracetic acid(PAA)on the anaerobic fermentation of ES was investigated and the relevant impact mechanism was revealed.The results showed that PAA could accelerate the dissolution process of ES and increase the concentration of soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD)in fermentation liquor.The higher the amount of PAA,the more significant the SCOD release will be.PAA promoted the concentrations of soluble proteins and soluble polysaccharides in the fermentation liquor.6%PAA was the optimal dose for the accumulation of VFA in ES anaerobic fermentation,and the maximum concentration of VFA was 1845 mg/L.PAA increased the proportion of acetate in VFA and reduced the proportion of propionate.The strong oxidizing property produced by high doses of PAA inhibited acidifying microorganisms and methanogenic microorganisms,resulting in a decrease of VFA and methane production.The addition of PAA increased the volume reduction rate of organic matters during ES anaerobic fermentation,and the maximum volume reduction rate of volatile suspended solids(VSS)was 34.5%.PAA increased the release of ammonia nitrogen in ES anaerobic fermentation,but did not reach the inhibition threshold of ammonia nitrogen.
