摘 要:以二级铝矾土为主要原料,粉煤灰为替代性原料,赤泥为添加剂,制备了低密高强的陶粒压裂支撑剂,并探究赤泥对支撑剂晶粒发育及性能的影响。通过XRD、SEM等表征手段及物理性能测试,研究了赤泥对铝矾土–粉煤灰系陶粒支撑剂显微结构及物理性能的影响。结果表明,适量赤泥的添加可明显促进莫来石晶体的发育,降低支撑剂的破碎率。此外,赤泥高温分解过程中的CO_(2)气体促使基体内闭气孔的产生,可降低支撑剂的体积密度和视密度。当赤泥的添加量为20 wt%时,所制备的支撑剂性能最佳,其体积密度为1.46 g/cm^(3),视密度为2.59 g/cm^(3),35 MPa破碎压力下的破碎率为7.5%,符合SY/T 5108—2014标准下低密度陶粒支撑剂的要求。Using secondary bauxite as the main raw material,fly ash as a substitute raw material and red mud as an additive,a ceramic proppant with low density and high strength was prepared.The effects of red mud on the grain development and properties of the proppant were investigated.The effects of red mud on the microstructure and physical properties of bauxite-fly ash-based ceramic proppant were studied by characterization methods such as XRD,SEM and physical properties tests.The results show that the appropriate addition of red mud can obviously promote the development of mullite crystal and reduce the fracture rate of proppant.In addition,CO2 gas generated during the high-temperature decomposition of red mud facilitates the formation of closed pores in the matrix,which can reduce the bulk density and apparent density of proppant.When the addition of red mud was 20 wt%,the prepared proppant exhibited optimal performance,with a bulk density of 1.46 g/cm^(3),an apparent density of 2.59 g/cm^(3),and a crushing rate of 7.5%under a crushing pressure of 35 MPa,meeting the requirements for low density ceramic proppants according to the SY/T 5108—2014 standard.
