摘 要:采用络合反应法,通过将没食子酸与八水氧氯化锆反应生成可溶性锆源没食子酸锆,再以n(V)∶n(Zr)=1∶7的比例与钒源丙二酸氧钒钠混合,然后超声溶于去离子水中,辅以浓氨水调节pH值稳定在9~10之间,形成金属配合物型黄色陶瓷墨水。采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外–可见光吸收光谱(UV-vis)、分光测色计等测试手段表征钒锆黄色墨水及其煅烧产物。结果表明:自制的钒锆黄色墨水的理化性能,包括黏度、表面张力和pH值都符合《陶瓷液体色料性能技术要求》(GB/T 38985—2020)要求,且不发生聚沉。进一步分析了不同煅烧温度下墨水煅烧产物的色度值及呈色情况,当煅烧温度为600℃时,其色度值为L^(*)=63.79,a^(*)=0.12,b^(*)=47.14,样品呈现亮黄色,呈色最佳。还探讨了钒锆黄色料的呈色机理,所制备的钒锆黄墨水具有良好的稳定性和呈色性能,是一种有潜力的陶瓷墨水。This study employs a complexation reaction method to prepare vanadium-zirconium yellow ceramic ink and investigate its color mechanism.The soluble zirconium source,gallic acid zirconium,was generated by reacting gallic acid with zirconium oxychloride octahydrate.Then mixed with a vanadium source,sodium oxovanadium malonate in the molar ratio of n(V)∶n(Zr)=1∶7,and then ultrasonically dissolved in deionized water.Concentrated ammonia is used to adjust the pH to stabilize between 9~10,resulting in a metal compound-type yellow ceramic ink.The vanadium-zirconium yellow ink and its calcined products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis),spectrophotometer and other testing methods.The results showed that the physicochemical properties of the homemade vanadium-zirconium yellow ink,including viscosity,surface tension and pH,meet the national standard GB/T 38985-2020 requirements,and no aggregation and sedimentation occurred.The chromaticity values and coloration of the ink calcined products at different calcination temperatures were further analyzed,and when the calcination temperature was 600℃,the chromaticity values were L^(*)=63.79,a^(*)=0.12,b^(*)=47.14,and the samples showed bright yellow color,indicating optimal coloration.The coloration mechanism of vanadium-zirconium yellow pigment was also explored,revealing that the prepared vanadium-zirconium yellow ink has good stability and coloration performance,which is a potential ceramic ink.
