钒掺杂磷酸镍黄色色料的制备及其在釉中的应用

摘  要:新型黄色色料成为陶瓷釉领域的一个研究热点。采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为调控剂,通过水热法在低温环境下合成了浅黄色的磷酸镍,并且随着钒掺杂浓度的增大,黄色逐渐变浅。通过X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜对样品进行了表征。随着钒掺杂浓度的增大,钒掺杂磷酸镍色料的形貌没有发生变化,但是(201)面衍射角移向高处。将钒掺杂磷酸镍作为显色剂制备了黄色陶瓷釉,实验结果表明钒掺杂磷酸镍非常稳定。New yellow pigments have become a research focus in the ceramic glaze area.With sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as a regulating reagent,light yellow nickel phosphates were synthesized by the hydrothermal method in the low temperature condition.As the concentration of vanadium doping increases,the yellow color gradually lightens.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy.With the increase in vanadium doping amount,the morphology of the vanadium-doped nickel phosphate pigment did not change,but the diffraction angle of the(201)plane shifted to a higher position.Yellow ceramic glazes were obtained by using vanadium-doped nickel phosphate as coloring agents.The experimental results showed that vanadium-doped nickel phosphate is stable.
