摘  要:随着医美行业的快速发展,新技术与新材料的不断涌现推动了该领域的创新和进步。透明质酸填充剂依然是主要治疗选择,交联技术的进步为其提供了更多可能性。同时,胶原蛋白及微球类胶原刺激剂(如聚乳酸、聚己内酯和羟基磷灰石)因其促进胶原再生的潜力受到广泛关注;重组肉毒毒素为该类制剂临床应用提供了新的选择。细胞抗衰产品(如多聚核苷酸和富血小板血浆等)成为皮肤年轻化的新选择,而烟酰胺单核苷酸、外泌体及干细胞等已成为未来发展的潜在新方向。此外,射频、高强度聚焦超声、激光及光疗等能量源设备在皮肤年轻化和体形塑造方面取得了显著进展。本文综述了上述新技术与新材料的研究进展,并展望其在医美领域的应用前景。With the rapid development of the medical aesthetics industry,the continuous emergence of new technologies and materials has driven innovation and progress in this field.Hyaluronic acid(HA)fillers remain the primary treatment choice,with advancements in cross-linking technology providing additional possibilities.At the same time,collagen and microsphere-based collagen stimulators,such as polylactic acid,polycaprolactone,and hydroxyapatite,have gained widespread attention for their potential to promote collagen regeneration.Recombinant botulinum toxin has introduced new options for clinical applications of these formulations.Cellular anti-aging products,such as polynucleotides and platelet-rich plasma(PRP),have become new alternatives for skin rejuvenation,while nicotinamide mononucleotide,exosomes,and stem cells have emerged as potential directions for future development.Additionally,energy-based devices,including radiofrequency,high-intensity focused ultrasound,lasers,and phototherapy,have made significant progress in skin rejuvenation and body contouring.This review summarizes the research advancements of the aforementioned technologies and materials and discusses their future application prospects in the medical aesthetics field.
