摘  要:头皮脂溢性皮炎的发病机制尚不清楚,头皮微生态的改变在其中可能发挥重要作用。许多研究表明,与健康人群相比,脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤真菌α-多样性改变,而β-多样性无明显变化,以限制马拉色菌属增加和球形马拉色菌减少为主;细菌α和β-多样性均发生改变,以葡萄球菌属增加和丙酸杆菌属减少为主。头皮微生态代谢功能多样性改变在头皮脂溢性皮炎发病中发挥重要作用,同时还与头皮脂溢性皮炎严重程度、皮肤屏障功能有关。头皮微生态研究可能为头皮脂溢性皮炎治疗提供新思路。The pathogenesis of scalp seborrheic dermatitis remains unclear,and alterations in the scalp microbiome are likely to play a crucial role.Numerous studies have indicated that,compared with healthy individuals,patients with seborrheic dermatitis exhibit changes in theα-diversity of skin fungi,with no significant alterations inβ-diversity.Specifically,there is an increase in the genus Malassezia restricta(M.restricta)and a decrease in Malassezia globosa(M.globosa).Both theα-diversity andβ-diversity of bacteria are altered,mainly characterized by an increase in the genus Staphylococcus and a decrease in the genus Propionibacterium.Alterations in the diversity of scalp microecological metabolic functions play a significant role in the development of scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Moreover,they are associated with the severity of scalp seborrheic dermatitis and the function of the skin barrier.Research on the scalp microbiome may offer new perspectives for the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis.
