摘  要:随着光声电技术的迅速发展,越来越多的设备被研发并应用于临床以满足无创或微创的面部年轻化治疗需求。作为最常用的非手术面部年轻化手段之一,射频有着恢复期短、不良反应少、炎症后色素沉着发生率低等优点。射频作为一种安全有效的美容技术,目前已广泛应用于面部年轻化治疗,临床疗效也得到认可。近年来,对治疗皮肤病和美容的家用仪器的需求越来越大,基于射频技术的家用皮肤美容仪在各国已陆续被研发应用,前景良好。因此,本综述旨在总结近年来射频技术在面部年轻化领域的最新应用进展,同时对家用射频仪的疗效和安全性研究的临床证据进行回顾。With the rapid development of photoacoustic and electrical technologies,an increasing number of devices have been developed and applied in clinical practice to meet the needs of non-invasive or minimally-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments.As one of the most commonly used non-surgical methods for facial rejuvenation,radiofrequency offers advantages such as a short recovery period,few adverse reactions,and a low incidence of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.As a safe and effective cosmetic technology,radiofrequency has been widely used in facial rejuvenation treatments,and its clinical efficacy has been recognized.In recent years,there has been a growing demand for home-use devices for treating skin diseases and for cosmetic purposes.Home-use skin beautifying devices based on radiofrequency technology have been successively developed and applied in various countries,showing a promising prospect.Therefore,this review aims to summarize the latest application progress of radiofrequency technology in the field of facial rejuvenation in recent years,and simultaneously review the clinical evidence of research on the efficacy and safety of home-use radiofrequency devices.
