摘　　要：王萍教授对于带状疱疹后神经痛的辨治有独到之处。其首辨阴阳、把握整体辨局部症状,能够执简驭繁,明确治病的方向。王萍教授认为顽固严重的带状疱疹后神经痛主要病机为虚与寒,多见阴证,寒凝经脉类阴疽,可按阴疽论治。治疗当调整机体的阴阳寒热,适当加入化痰、除湿、活血等药物,标本兼治。所以止痛不限活血化瘀,更重在温阳散寒。同时,以“虫”通络配合毛刺法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果显著。Professor Wang Ping has developed a distinct clinical strategy for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Her method emphasizes first differentiating yin and yang,balancing holistic assessment with localized symptom analysis to simplify complexity and clarify treatment direction.Professor Wang identifies the core pathological mechanisms of severe,refractory PHN as deficiency and cold,manifesting primarily as yin syndromes characterized by cold congealing in meridians akin to yin ulcers.Treatment focuses on regulating the body's yinyang and cold-heat balance,with adjunctive use of herbs to resolve phlegm,eliminate dampness,and activate blood circulationaddressing both root causes and symptoms.Notably,analgesia is achieved not merely through blood-activating herbs but by prioritizing warming yang and dispelling cold.Additionally,her innovative combination of insect-based formulas to unblock meridians and superficial needling technique has demonstrated significant efficacy in relieving PHN pain.
