成人伴表皮增生的黏蛋白型结缔组织痣1例

摘　　要：患者男,46岁。左腰部皮肤褐色丘疹、斑块2年余。皮损组织病理:表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,基底层色素增加,真皮浅层血管周围少量炎细胞浸润,可见黏液样物质沉积于真皮上部。阿辛蓝染色提示真皮上部黏蛋白沉积。诊断:黏蛋白型结缔组织痣。A 46-year-old male patient presented with brown papules and plaques on the left lumbar skin for more than 2 years.Histopathological finding showed hyperkeratosis of epidermis,hypertrophy of stratum spinosum,increased pigmentation in the basal layer,infiltration of a few inflammatory cells around superficial dermal blood vessels,and mucoid substances was deposited in the upper dermis.Alcian blue staining revealed the deposition of mucin in upper dermis.Diagnosis:connective tissue nevus of the proteoglycan.
