摘　　要：基于促进高质量充分就业的战略构想与前瞻性思考,高等教育人才供需关系要突破以往“对口”模式与“适应”模式的局限性,升级为主动适应、深度嵌套与适度引领的新型“优配”模式,促进人才培养质量、供给类型与资源结构的优化调整。现实中,大学生就业能力结构性滞后、高校人才培养同质化惯性以及教育科技人才离散化倾向,成为影响大学生高质量充分就业的关键症结。统筹问题导向和目标导向,新型就业“优配”模式的应然逻辑指向重视知识体系完备与终身成长的能力优配、彰显人才培养特色与过程质量的类型优配以及实现就业育人全要素协同融汇的结构优配。以此为思路指导,以塑造大学生专业知识体系与高质量就业能力为核心进行改革发力,拓展“通专结合、专创融合”与“产教融合、科教融汇”的育人途径,“分型分类”提供精准化就业服务,是高校促进大学生高质量充分就业的实践路径。Based on the strategic conception and forward-looking considerations of promoting high-quality andfull employment,the supply and demand of higher education talents should break through the limitations of theprevious"counterpart"mode and"adaptation"modes,and be upgraded to a new mode of proactive adaptation,in-depth nesting and moderate leadership,which promotes the optimization of the quality of talent training,thetype of supply and resource structure.In reality,the lagging employment ability of college students,thehomogenization of talent training,andthe tendency of discrete"education,science and technology and talents""have become the key crux affecting the high-quality and full employment of college students.Based on theproblem orientation and goal orientation,the optimized supply and demand theoretical model includes:payingattention to promoting the comprehensive and lifelong growth of college students at the ability level,highlightingthe talent training characteristics and process quality at the type level,and promoting the integration of all factorsin the training for employment at the structural level.With the core goal of cultivating the employment andinnovation ability of college students,promoting the combination of professional education and general education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,promoting the integration of industry and education,science andeducation,and providing accurate employment guidance and services by type,is the practical path for collegesand universities to promote high-quality and full employment.
