摘 要:在全民健身上升为国家战略的背景下,有必要探讨体育活动促进的新思路。目标设定对体育活动有促进作用,目标设定理论能为促进国民体育活动提供理论依据。在目标设定理论视域下,能力、承诺、反馈、情境资源是设定目标的影响因素。当前的体育活动促进计划较注重设定绩效目标,忽视设定学习目标,这可能引起人们的体育活动意愿不升反降、不注重方法是否恰当、夸大实现目标的情况等问题。为此,应采取目标设定理论视域下的体育活动促进的有效策略,包括指导初阶体育锻炼者设定学习目标、指导进阶体育锻炼者设定绩效目标、指导人们设定描述主观感受的目标。Against the backdrop of national fitness becoming a national strategy,it is necessary to explore new ideas for pro-moting physical activities.Goal setting plays a promoting role in physical activities,and goal setting theory provides a theo-retical basis for enhancing national sports activities.Under the framework of goal setting theory,factors such as ability,com-mitment,feedback,and situational resources influence goal setting.Current physical activity promotion plans tend to focus on setting performance goals while neglecting learning goals,which may lead to issues such as a decrease in people’s willing-ness to engage in physical activities,a lack of attention to appropriate methods,and the exaggeration of the achievement of goals.To address this,effective strategies for promoting physical activities under goal setting theory should include guiding beginner exercisers to set learning goals,guiding advanced exercisers to set performance goals,and guiding people to set goals that describe subjective feelings.
