摘　　要：法律援助是一项重大的民生工程,旨在帮助经济困难的群众在遇到法律问题时及时获得法律帮助,促进社会公平正义的实现。文章通过对比我国各省法律援助制度的实施现状,探索我国法律援助制度的完善路径。通过拓宽经费来源渠道和完善补贴标准弥补经费不足;通过建立法律援助律师正向激励机制和退出机制应对法律援助律师队伍建设不足;通过规范法律援助服务标准、完善案件质量监管和案件回访机制提高法律援助办案质量。This study comparatively analyzes the implementation status of legal aid systems across Chinese provinces and ex-plores pathways for systemic refinement.Proposed solutions include:diversifying funding sources and optimizing subsidy standards to alleviate financial constraints;establishing positive incentive mechanisms and exit protocols to strengthen legal aid attorney teams;and enhancing service quality through standardized legal aid service benchmarks,improved case quality supervision frameworks,and comprehensive case follow-up mechanisms.
