摘　　要：围绕中国式现代化进程中的高质量发展与高水平安全良性互动,探讨制度优势、创新驱动、文化自信、包容共享及全球合作等关键路径。高质量发展与高水平安全的良性互动是马克思政治经济学与时俱进的理论深化,是新时代的战略要求,更是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路。制度优势在实现高质量发展和国家安全稳定中发挥重要作用,技术创新为推动高质量发展与保障国家安全提供强大动力,包容共享的发展模式则确保全社会的共同富裕与和谐稳定。文化自信通过提供精神动力和价值引领,推动了经济与社会的协调发展。高水平开放和国际合作通过对接国际先进规则和标准,提升国内经济的竞争力与韧性,促进全球资源、技术与市场的优化配置。Focusing on the virtuous interaction between high-quality development and high-level security in the process of Chinese-style modernization,we explore key paths such as open development,innovation-driven growth,cultural confidence,inclusive sharing,and global cooperation.The virtuous interaction between high-quality development and highlevel security is a theoretical deepening of Marxist political economy that keeps pace with the times,a strategic requirement of the new era,and the only path to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Institutional advantages have played an important role in achieving high-quality development and national security and stability.Technological innovation provides a strong driving force for promoting high-quality development and safeguarding national security,while an inclusive and shared development model ensures common prosperity and social harmony for the entire society.Cultural confidence,by providing spiritual motivation and value guidance,promotes the coordinated development of the economy and society.High-evel openness and international cooperation,by aligning with advanced international rules and standards,enhance the competitiveness and resilience of the domestic economy,and promote the optimal allocation of global resources,technology,and markets.
