摘  要:加快落实低空经济战略部署将为进一步优化新质生产力布局、推动构建高效畅通的现代流通体系形成深厚的场景基础。该研究以跨境电商综试区为例,围绕城市空间地理与绿色发展特征构建三维无人机路径规划模型,对“昆明→杭州→西安→北京”多目标下的低空经济升级路径开展规划研究。该结合蚁群优化(ACO)、A∗(Astar)、快速扩展随机树(RRT)算法对不同执飞环境下的无人机低空航线选择进行优化求解,形成如下三类策略情境:①基于城市海拔高度的路径规划,ACO、A∗和RRT算法生成路径分别对应常态化配送、靶向定投和综合性服务的现实流通场景;②基于城市最高气温的路径规划,ACO和A∗算法结果强调配送场景的精细化建设,RRT生成路径体现出流通场景转移下的城市发展呼吸协同;③基于城市碳排放水平的路径规划,ACO和A∗算法生成路径强调对高碳地区的特定性回避,RRT算法目标倾向于全局绿色最优的实现。该研究总体为推动低空经济路径升级和创新性构造高质量发展界面提供了丰富的决策参考,同时为加速推进中国式流通现代化以服务和融入新发展格局形成有益的情境支持。Accelerating the implementation of the low-altitude economy strategy will provide a solid foundation for optimizing the layout of new productive forces and advancing the construction of an efficient and seamless modern circulation system.This study takes cross-border e-commerce pilot zones as an example and develops a 3D unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)path planning model based on urban spatial geography and green development characteristics.The study focuses on planning the upgrade path of the low-altitude economy under multi-objective scenarios of“Kunming→Hangzhou→Xi'an→Beijing.”The study integrates Ant Colony Optimization(ACO),A*(Astar),and Rapidly-Exploring Random Tree(RRT)algorithms to optimize UAV low-altitude route selection under diferent operational environments,generating the following three strategic scenarios:1)Altitude-Based Path Planning:ACO,A*,and RRT algorithms produce routes corresponding to scenarios of routine delivery,targeted investment,and comprehensive service,respectively,reflecting real-world circulation needs.2)Temperature-Based Path Planning:ACO and A*algorithms emphasize the refined construction of delivery scenarios,while RRT-generated routes highlight urban development synergies under circulation scenario shifts.3)Carbon Emission-Based Path Planning:ACO and A*algorithms prioritize avoiding high-carbon areas,while RRT-generated routes aim for globally optimal green solutions.This study provides valuable decision-making references for upgrading low-altitude economic pathways and innovatively shaping high-quality development interfaces.It also offers practical contextual support for accelerating the modernization of China's circulation system to better integrate with and serve the new development paradigm.
