摘　　要：在全球科技创新和产业革命的背景下,破除技术供给不足、产业转型升级缓慢等现实阻滞,推进新质生产力快速发展,已成为新时代推进高质量发展的战略任务与重要议题。作为我国深入实施创新驱动发展战略的内在要求,科技创新和产业创新深度融合有助于提升劳动者综合素养、驱动劳动资料智能升级、拓宽劳动对象发展空间及加快三大生产要素组合实现跃升,为培育壮大新质生产力提供有力支撑。然而,我国依然面临创新资源要素供给匮乏、原始创新技术支撑不足及企业自主创新能力薄弱等现实困境,削弱了科技创新和产业创新融合对新质生产力的赋能效应。据此,应从打通创新要素流动堵点、全面打造原创技术策源地和强化企业创新联合体建设方面着手,加快推进科技创新和产业创新深度融合,以此激活新质生产力发展的内生动力。In the context of global scientific and technological innovation and industrial revolution,overcoming the practical obstacles such as insufficient technology supply and slow industrial transformation and upgrading,and promoting the rapid development of new quality productive forces has become a strategic task and important issue for promoting high-quality development in the new era.As an inherent requirement for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy in China,the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation is conducive to improving the comprehensive literacy of workers,driving the intelligent upgrading of labor materials,broadening the development space of labor objects,and accelerating the improvement of the combination of the three production factors,thus providing strong support for cultivating and growing new quality productive forces.However,China is still faced with such practical dilemmas as the lack of supply of innovation resources and factors,the lack of support for original innovation technologies and the weak independent innovation ability of enterprises,which weakens the enabling effect of the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation on the new quality productive forces.Therefore,we should open up the blocking point of the flow of innovation factors,comprehensively create the source of original technology and strengthen the construction of enterprise innovation consortium,accelerate the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation,so as to activate the endogenous driving force of the development of new quality productive forces.
