摘 要:涡轮泵转子系统中的浮动环密封,非连续转子结构等部件的力学特性计算复杂度较大,不利于转子系统可靠度的快速评估。提出将转子转速、浮动环密封长度和间隙、浮动环密封压差、预旋系数以及轴系不同位置处的拧紧力矩等参数作为Kriging模型的输入变量,经过训练得到浮动环密封动力学系数及轴系等效弹性模量的概率分布及转子系统代理模型,并基于应力-强度干涉理论建立考虑临界转速避开率的可靠度计算方法,实现复杂非线性转子系统可靠度的快速评估。The complexity of calculating the mechanical properties of the floating ring seal and the discontinuous rotor structure of the turbopump rotor system is not conducive to the rapid assessment of the reliability of the rotor system.We propose to take the rotor speed,floating ring seal length and clearance,floating ring seal differential pressure,pre-rotation coefficient and tightening torque at different positions of the shaft system as the input variables of the Kriging model,and then get the probability distributions of the dynamic coefficients of the floating ring seal and the equivalent elastic modulus of the shaft system as well as the agent model of the rotor system,and establish a reliability calculation method based on the stressstrength interference theory,which takes into account the avoidance rate of the critical speed,to enable the rapid assessment of the reliability of complex nonlinear rotor systems.
