摘  要:研究了稀土元素Sr和Y对富含Fe的Al-Mg-Si合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,不添加Sr和Y元素时,富含Fe的Al-Mg-Si合金铸锭含Fe相以AlFeMnSi相为主;单独添加Y元素后,铸锭中存在AlFeMnSiY相,且含Fe相更加细小;复合添加Sr和Y后,含Fe相尺寸增加。均匀化热处理后,含Fe相发生了球化,部分含Fe相发生断续化。挤压态含Fe相破碎后沿挤压方向分布,单独添加Y元素的合金挤压后,含Fe相颗粒更细小。单独添加Sr元素后,合金Rm提升;单独添加Y元素后,合金R_(m)、R_(p0.2)和A_(50)均提升,且性能最优;复合添加Sr和Y后,合金R_(m)和R_(p0.2)降低。The effects of rare earth elements Sr and Y on the microstructure and mechanical property of Fe-rich Al-Mg-Si alloy were studied.The results show that when Sr and Y elements are not added,the Fe-containing phase of Fe-rich Al-Mg-Si alloy cast ingot is mainly AlFeMnSi phase.After Y element is added alone,there is AlFeMnSiY phase in the cast ingot,and the Fe-containing phase is finer.After Sr and Y are added together,the size of Fe-containing phase increases.After homogenizing heat treatment,the Fe-containing phase undergoes spheroidization and some Fe-containing phases are discontinuous.The extruded Fe-containing phase is distributed along the extrusion direction after fragmentation,and the Fe-containing phase particles are finer after the alloy with Y element added alone is extruded.After adding Sr element alone,the alloy R_(m)is improved;After adding Y element alone,the R_(m),Rp_(0.2)and A_(50)of the alloy are all improved,and the property is the best;After adding Y and Sr together,R_(m)and Rp_(0.2)decrease.
