摘  要:5083铝合金是常用的耐蚀铝合金。在生产过程中,为了保证材料质量和性能的稳定性,需要对化学成分进行定量分析。偏析是铸造中常见的问题。本文运用TC软件绘制平衡相图,取铸棒上代表性区域进行成分分析,并结合数据整理绘制Mg和Mn元素偏析云图。结合第二相分析,确定铸态5083铝合金样品主要有含Fe难溶相和未回溶的Mg2Si相,并确定了对应第二相的形貌特征。通过文献调研,很多研究人员指出,均匀化是优化偏析的主要手段。采用电导率测试可帮助企业快速评价材料的均匀化效果。但是均匀化制度的制定应该以客户的实际需求为目的,制定合理的热处理制度是提高材料应用价值的有效手段。5083 aluminuim alloy is a commonly used corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy.In the production process,in order to ensure the stability of material quality and property,it is necessary to conduct quantitative analysis of the chemical composition.Segregation is a common problem in casting.TC software was used to draw the equilibrium phase diagram.The representative regions on the casting rod were selected for composition analysis,and the Mg and Mn element segregation cloud maps were drawn in combination with the data.Combined with the second-phase analysis,it is determined that the as-cast 5083 aluminium alloy samples mainly contain Fe-containing insoluble phase and undissolved Mg2Si phase,and the morphology characteristics of the corresponding second phase are determined.Through literature research,many researchers pointed out that homogenization is the main means to optimize segregation,the use of electric conductivity testing can help enterprises quickly evaluate the homogenization effect of materials.However,the formulation of the homogenization system should be aimed at the actual needs of customers,and the formulation of a reasonable heat treatment system is an effective means to improve the application value of materials.
