摘  要:以熔体法制备泡沫铝为基础,运用自行设计的连续制备装置对TiH_(2)的分散性进行研究。研究表明:熔体在自行设计装置中的合理停留时间为60 s,搅拌叶片倾角为30°时,TiH_(2)分散性最佳;搅拌速度越大,分散时间越长,对TiH_(2)分散均匀性越有利;基体为ZL111铝合金熔体,最佳分散温度为610℃。On the basis of aluminium foam preparation by melt method,the dispersibility of TiH2 was studied by a self-designed continuous preparation device.The results show that when the reasonable residence time of melt in the self-designed device is 60 s and the inclination angle of stirring blade is 30°,the dispersibility of TiH2 is the best.The greater the stirring speed,the longer the dispersion time,the better the dispersion uniformity of TiH2.The matrix is ZL111 aluminium alloy melt,and the optimum dispersion temperature is 610℃.
