摘 要:为选取最合理的基坑回填工艺,在设计中需要综合考虑站房不同部位基坑肥槽的空间特点、使用功能需求以及工程经济性、环保性等因素。本文阐述了铁路站房常规的基坑肥槽回填工艺以及天府站基坑肥槽回填技术,介绍了一种新型的回填材料——预拌流态固化土及其回填工艺。通过现场试验测定了预拌流态固化土的技术指标,表明预拌流态固化土是一种质量可控的、具有一定强度、流动性好、绿色环保的新型岩土工程材料,特别适用于狭窄空间的回填作业。天府站基坑肥槽的回填材料采用这种新型回填材料后,解决了该项目工程质量、工期及成本之间的矛盾,取得了良好的技术和经济效益,为今后类似工程的设计提供了良好的技术指导。To select the most appropriate foundation pit backfilling schemes,the spatial characteristics and functional requirements of the foundation trench in different parts of the station building should be comprehensively considered,as well as factors such as engineering economy and environmental friendliness.This study elaborates on the conventional backfilling techniques for foundation trenches in railway station buildings and the specific backfilling technology used for the foundation trench of Tianfu Station.It introduces a new type of backfilling material—premixed fluidized stabilized soil and its backfilling process.Through field tests,the technical behavior of premixed fluidized stabilized soil were evaluated,demonstrating that it is a new type of geotechnical engineering material with controllable quality,certain strength,good flowability,and green environmental protection.This material is particularly suitable for backfilling in narrow spaces.By adopting this new backfilling material for the trench of the Tianfu Station foundation pit,the project successfully resolved the conflicts among engineering quality,construction schedule,and cost,achieving significant technical and economic benefits.This study provides valuable technical guidance for the design of similar projects in the future.
