摘 要:杭州市滨江区某地块安置房项目总建筑面积大,地质条件复杂,地下深部溶洞发育明显,给高层建筑桩基施工带来了巨大挑战。本工程在桩基施工前采取了“一桩一探”的勘察方案,综合运用钻探、物探等技术手段,对地块内1502根桩位的溶洞分布和发育状况进行了全面调查,依据各类溶洞的尺寸和填充状态,建立溶洞分类体系,将其分为全填充、半填充和无填充3种类型,并针对不同类型的溶洞提出相应的处理方法,确保桩基施工成桩质量。勘探结果表明,该区域桩位溶洞见洞率达38.62%,溶洞高度介于0.30~19.80 m,部分溶洞顶板已溶穿。在桩基施工中,综合采用注浆加固、回填造壁、钢护筒跟进等技术措施。经施工监测与质量检测验证,桩位溶洞均得到有效处理,桩基施工过程中未发生泥浆漏浆、塌孔等问题,桩身完整性与承载力满足设计要求。本研究成果为类似地质条件下的工程桩基施工提供参考。The resettlement housing project in Binjiang District,Hangzhou City,features a large total construction area and complex geological conditions,with well-developed deep-seated karst caves,posing substantial challenges to the pile foundation construction of high-rise buildings.To address these challenges,an investigation plan with“one pile-one exploration”adopted before the pile foundation construction.A combination of drilling,geophysical prospecting techniques,and other technical methods was employed to comprehensively assess the distribution and development of karst caves at 1502 pile locations.Based on the size and filling conditions of various karst caves,a classification system was established,categorizing them into three types:fully filled,partially filled,and unfilled.Corresponding treatment methods were proposed for each type to ensure the quality of pile foundation construction.The exploration results showed that the karst cave detection rate at pile locations in this area reached 38.62%,with cave heights ranging from 0.30 m to 19.80 m,and some cave roofs had already been eroded through.During pile foundation construction,a combination of grouting reinforcement,backfilling for wall formation,and steel casing follow-up techniques was employed.Construction monitoring and quality inspections confirmed that all karst caves were effectively treated without any slurry leakage and borehole collapse problems.The integrity and bearing capacity of the piles met the design requirements.The findings of this study provide valuable references for pile foundation construction in regions with similar geological conditions.
