摘　　要：推进深远海养殖装备产业高质量发展是践行大食物观、建设海洋强国的战略举措。本文从总结国内外深远海养殖装备产业升级的驱动模式出发,结合广东实践,探索分析推动深远海养殖装备产业跃迁的突破路径。研究发现,深远海养殖装备产业升级是技术可能性、市场可行性、政策合理性的动态平衡过程,技术驱动、市场驱动、政策驱动是产业升级的主要模式。广东深远海养殖装备产业发展面临集群式技术创新与数智化水平薄弱、养殖装备投资收益率及市场响应度低迷、法规标准规范体系建设滞后等困境,应聚焦智能化、融合化、规范化,加强核心技术攻关、培育新业态新模式、完善政策支撑体系,打造深远海养殖装备产业高质量发展的“广东样板”,为提升“蓝色粮仓”的综合竞争力与可持续发展能力提供有力支撑。Promoting the high-quality development of the deep-sea aquaculture equipment industry represents a strategic initiative in implementing the Great Food Concept and advancing the construction of a maritime power.This article begins by summarizing the driving models behind the industrial upgrading of deep-sea aquaculture equipment both domestically and internationally.And then drawing on Guangdong’s practical experiences,it explores and analyzes breakthrough pathways to propel the leapfrog development of the deep-sea aquaculture equipment industry.The study reveals that industrial upgrading in this sector is a dynamic balancing process involving“technological feasibility-market viability-policy rationality”.Technology-driven,market-driven and policy-driven are the main modes of industrial upgrading.The development of the deep-sea aquaculture equipment industry in Guangdong is confronted with difficulties such as weak cluster-based technological innovation and digitalization level,low investment return rate and market response of aquaculture equipment,and lagging construction of the regulatory standard system.It should focus on intelligentization,integration,and standardization,enhance breakthroughs in core technologies,foster new business models and formats,and refine the policy support system.These measures aim to establish Guangdong as a model for high-quality development in deep-sea aquaculture equipment industry,thereby providing substantial support for enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of“blue granary”initiative.
