摘  要:目的观察瘤内扰流装置治疗颅内破裂分叉部宽颈动脉瘤的效果。方法收集2022年1月至2023年8月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院行瘤内扰流装置栓塞术的破裂颅内分叉部宽颈动脉瘤(wide-neck bifurcation aneurysm,WNBA)患者5例(5个动脉瘤),术后6个月及12个月行数字减影造影或磁共振检查并根据WEB闭塞量表(WOS)评估动脉瘤闭塞效果。结果手术成功率100%,无术中及术后再出血、血栓形成等不良事件发生;术后12个月充分闭塞率100%。结论瘤内扰流装置治疗破裂WNBA有效性及安全性均较好,但长期栓塞效果仍需进一步观察。Objective To observe the effectiveness of intrasaccular flow disruption device treatment for ruptured wide-necked bifurcation intracranial aneurysms(WNBA).Methods Five cases(5 aneurysms)of ruptured wide-necked bifurcation aneurysms treated with intrasaccular flow disruption device embolization at Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,from January 2022 to August 2023.Digital subtraction angiography or magnetic resonance imaging was performed at 6 and 12 months postoperatively,and the aneurysm occlusion effect was evaluated according to the WEB Occlusion Scale(WOS).Results The surgical success rate was 100%,with no adverse events such as intraoperative or postoperative rebleeding or thrombus formation.The complete occlusion rate at 12 months postsurgery was also 100%.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of intraluminal flow-diverting device therapy for ruptured WNBA are promising.However,further observation is warranted to assess the long-term occlusion outcomes.
