摘  要:声磁标签是目前电子商品防盗系统(EAS)中使用最广的一类硬标签,其电路由一个磁棒线圈、电容串联而成,对线圈电容回路的谐振频率f和品质因数Q的精确测量是EAS行业的关键技术。针对现有单、双线圈检测技术存在的不足,基于互感耦合原理,通过补偿电容串联信号提取电阻的方式改进了单线圈测量此类标签f和Q的方法。建立电路模型,用Multisim软件仿真,结果表明改进方法测量f和Q是可行的。另外,以MSP430处理器为核心研制出EAS声磁标签质量检测仪,以工作频率为58 kHz声磁标签为对象进行测试,数据表明:基于此检测技术的检测仪测量谐振频率绝对误差小于-15 Hz,品质因数绝对误差小于1.0;准确度分析表明该测试仪的测量f值与标样的定值无差异;位置分析表明探头和标签相互位置不会影响测量结果。Acoustic magnetic abel is currently the most widely used type of hard tag in electronic product anti-theft systems(EAS).Its cir-cuit consists of a magnetic rod coil and the capacitor series.Accurate measurement of the resonant frequency f and quality factor Q of the coil capacitor circuit is a key technology in the EAS industry.In response to the shortcomings of existing single and double coil detection technologies,based on the principle of mutual inductance coupling,the method of measuring the f and Q of such labels with a single coil is improved by compensating the resistance of the capacitor series used for signal extraction.A simulation model is established and Multisim software is used for simulation.The results show that the improved method for measuring f and Q is feasible.In addition,an EAS acoustic and magnetic label quality detection instrument is developed with the MSP430 processor as the core.The test is conducted on the acoustic and magnetic label with a working frequency of 58 kHz.The data show that the absolute error of the detection instrument for measuring resonance frequency is less than-15 Hz,and the absolute error of the quality factor is less than 1.0.The accuracy analysis shows that there is no difference between the measured f value of the tester and the fixed value of the standard sample.The position impact analysis indicates that the mutual position of the probe and label will not affect the measurement results.
