摘　　要：数字金融打破了传统金融的运营局限,是推动工业绿色转型的重要工具。本文利用2011—2021年中国238个地级市的面板数据,系统考察数字金融对工业绿色转型的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,数字金融的发展显著推动了工业绿色转型。异质性分析发现,在传统金融发展水平更低、环境规制强度更高以及资源型城市中,数字金融对工业绿色转型的推动作用更为显著。机制检验结果显示,数字金融能够通过增加环保投资和激励绿色创新实现对工业绿色转型的积极影响。调节效应结果表明,公众环境关注度的提升能够强化数字金融对工业绿色转型的推动作用。政府应积极规划具有针对性的数字金融与工业绿色转型政策,引领社会公众树立环境意识,进而推动工业绿色转型。Digital finance,by overcoming the operational constraints of traditional finance,serves as a key driver of industrial green transformation.Using panel data from 238 cities in China spanning from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically investigates the impact of digital finance on the green transformation of industry.The findings reveal the following:Digital finance significantly facilitates industrial green transformation.Digital finance plays a more significant role in promoting industrial green transformation in cities with lower levels of traditional financial development,stricter environmental regulations,and resource-based economies.Mechanism tests indicate that digital finance promotes industrial green transformation through two channels:increasing environmental protection investment and incentivizing green innovation.Furthermore,public environmental concern amplifies the positive impact of digital finance on industrial green transformation.Based on the results,this study recommends that governments actively devise context-specific policies that align digital finance with industrial green transformation,and promote green development concepts to raise public environmental awareness,thereby effectively advancing industrial green transformation.
