摘 要:为探究影响再造烟叶复吸水特性的关键因素,应用响应曲面法分析了温度、相对湿度和储存时间对干法、辊压法和稠浆法再造烟叶以及成品再造烟叶丝复吸水特性的影响,并通过分析再造烟叶的形貌特征及官能团数量揭示了再造烟叶理化结构与复吸水特性之间的关系。结果表明:①温度对再造烟叶复吸水特性的影响较弱,相对湿度对再造烟叶复吸水特性的影响较大。②干法再造烟叶由于多层堆叠产生的丰富孔隙结构容易吸水或持水,初始含水率较高,而辊压法再造烟叶、稠浆法再造烟叶及成品再造烟叶丝表面形态比较平坦,初始含水率较低。③再造烟叶中羟基官能团的数量越多,复吸水增量越小;孔容越大,复吸水增量越大,据此可优化再造烟叶的制备工艺。To investigate the key factors influencing the moisture reabsorption characteristics of reconstituted tobacco,the effects of temperature,relative humidity and storage time on the moisture reabsorption characteristics of reconstituted tobacco sheets and finished cut reconstituted tobacco from drying,rolling and slurry process were investigated using response surface methodology.By analyzing the morphological characteristics and the number of functional groups of reconstituted tobacco,a correlation between the physicochemical structure and the moisture reabsorption characteristics of reconstituted tobacco was discovered.The results showed that:1)The effect of temperature on the moisture reabsorption characteristics of tobacco was slight,while the effect of relative humidity was significant.2)Reconstituted tobacco from the drying process had a high initial moisture content due to its porous structure from multi-layer stacking,which easily absorbed or retained moisture,while reconstituted tobacco from the rolling or slurry process and finished cut reconstituted tobacco had a smoother surface morphology resulting in a lower initial moisture content.3)The larger the number of hydroxyl functional groups in the reconstituted tobacco,the smaller the increase in moisture reabsorption,while the larger the pore volume of the reconstituted tobacco,the larger the increase in moisture reabsorption.Therefore,the preparation technology for the reconstituted tobacco could be optimized based on these findings.
