碳达峰背景下庐山风景区低碳转型策略研究

摘  要:在碳达峰背景下,各个行业都在探究低碳转型发展策略,其中,旅游业的碳排放贡献度决定了其包含的各项相关要素都应当尽快进行低碳转型。通过聚焦庐山风景区,探究庐山风景区的低碳转型策略。运用“自下而上法”测算碳源,结合分类加总思路测算碳汇,再运用包含情景模拟的Kaya模型对庐山风景区进行碳达峰预测,在保证如期实现景区碳达峰的目标下,依据对碳源碳汇测算数据的分析以及碳达峰预测结果提出相应的低碳转型策略。研究表明,庐山风景区在减少碳源方面,应当分两个阶段开展,第一阶段引进并使用低碳技术和清洁能源,减少旅游各环节的能源浪费,同时运用大数据监测碳排放;第二阶段在强化第一阶段的技术及能源要求下,增加经济性碳补偿措施和对旅游者、经营主体以及本地居民的低碳倡导。在增强碳汇方面主以扩大森林面积加强森林碳汇,辅以水域植被的培植以提高水域固碳能力。Against the backdrop of carbon peaking,various industries are exploring low-carbon transformation development strategies.Among them,the carbon emission contribution of the tourism industry determines that all relevant elements should undergo low-carbon transformation as soon as possible.This article focuses on the Lushan Scenic Area and explores its low-carbon transformation strategies.Using the“bottom-up method”to calculate carbon sources,using the classification and aggregation approach to calculate carbon sinks,and then using the Kaya model including scenario simulation to predict the carbon peak in the Lushan Scenic Area.Based on the analysis of carbon source and sink calculation data and the carbon peak prediction results,corresponding low-carbon transformation strategies are proposed to ensure the timely achievement of the carbon peak in the scenic area.Research has shown that in reducing carbon sources,Lushan Scenic Area should be carried out in two stages.The first stage is to introduce and use low-carbon technology and clean energy to reduce energy waste in various aspects of tourism,while using big data to monitor carbon emissions.In the second stage,under the strengthening of the technical and energy requirements of the first stage,economic carbon compensation measures and low-carbon advocacy for tourists,business entities,and local residents will be added.In terms of enhancing carbon sequestration,carbon capture technology and expanding forest area are mainly used to strengthen forest carbon sequestration,supplemented by the cultivation of aquatic vegetation to improve water carbon sequestration capacity.
