采空区多孔介质中气化灰渣凝胶渗流特性研究

摘  要:为了探索气化灰渣凝胶应用到采空区的可行性,采用自主搭建的可视化三维注浆模拟试验系统开展了注浆试验,研究气化灰渣凝胶在多孔介质中的渗流行为,分析不同水灰比气化灰渣凝胶流变规律,构建浆液流动本构方程,并利用Ansys进行数值模拟,分析浆液渗流特性。结果表明:气化灰渣凝胶浆液在渗流时呈现出三阶段特征,包括自由渗流期、空隙通道渗流期和阻力突变渗流期,其间渗流速度呈现上下波动式降低态势;随着注浆量的增加,浆液渗流半径增大幅度缓慢减小;增加注浆压力能促进浆液在多孔介质空间中的贯通效果,从而加快渗流速度,扩大渗流半径,注浆压力从0.05 MPa增加到0.30 MPa时,浆液平均渗流速度增长了7.84 L/min,横、纵渗流半径分别增加了71.4%和85%;数值模拟的浆液渗流形态与注浆试验结果相似,最大误差不超过5.89%。研究结果可为指导注浆工程设计提供一定参考价值。In order to explore the feasibility of applying gasification ash slag gel to the goaf,a grouting test was carried out by using a self-built visual three-dimensional grouting simulation test system.The seepage behavior of gasification ash slag gel in porous media was studied,the rheological laws of gasification ash slag gel with different water-cement ratios were analyzed,the constitutive equation of slurry flow was established,and numerical simulation was conducted by using Ansys to intuitively analyze the seepage characteristics of the slurry.The results show that the gasification ash slag gel slurry exhibits obvious three-stage characteristics during seepage,including the free seepage stage,the void channel seepage stage and the resistance mutation seepage stage.During this process,the seepage velocity shows a downward fluctuating trend.As the grouting volume increases,the increase in the seepage radius of the slurry gradually decreases.Increasing the grouting pressure can promote the connection effect of the slurry in the porous media space,thus accelerating the seepage velocity and expanding the seepage radius.When the grouting pressure increases from 0.05 MPa to 0.30 MPa,the average seepage velocity of the slurry increases by 7.84 L/min,and the transverse and longitudinal seepage radii increase by 71.4%and 85%respectively.The slurry seepage pattern obtained from the numerical simulation is similar to the results of the grouting test,with the maximum error not exceeding 5.89%.Overall,the study results can provide certain reference value for guiding the design of grouting projects.
