阻燃增强PBT的灼热丝性能研究

摘  要:通过卤素阻燃剂与磷系、氮系、磷氮系阻燃剂的多元复配,对阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的灼热丝性能进行研究。采用溴化聚苯乙烯、三氧化二锑、二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)、成碳型复合无卤阻燃剂(KCP)等阻燃剂体系进行复配实验。结果表明,单一的卤素或者无卤阻燃剂体系的增强PBT材料无法满足IEC60335-1关于无人看管电器载流部件的灼热丝性能指标要求,通过不同类型阻燃剂复配,利用溴-氮-磷协同阻燃,最终可以实现最高同时满足GWIT>825℃、GWFI>960℃、UL 94 V-0的PBT增强材料。In this study,flame-retardant reinforced PBT compounds were prepared through a multi-component combina-tion of halogen flame retardants with phosphorus,nitrogen,and phosphorus-nitrogen-based flame retardants,and their glow-wire ignition temperature(GWIT)was investigated.Brominated polystyrene,antimony trioxide,diethylalumi-num hypophosphate,melamine cyanurate,melamine polyphosphate,and carbon-based composite halogen-free flame re-tardant were used as flame retardants to compound with the reinforced PBT for flame-retardant experiments.The en-hanced PBT compound only with halogen flame retardant or with halogen-free flame-retardant system cannot meet the re-quirements of IEC60335-1 for the GWIT of current carrying components in unmanned electrical appliances.By a combi-nation of different types of flame retardants and the use of bromine-nitrogen-phosphorus synergistic flame retardant,the enhanced PBT could ultimately achieve the best flame-retardant performance and simultaneously meet the requirements of flame-retardant standard at GWIT>825℃,GWFI>960℃,and UL 94 V-0.
