摘　　要：废弃塑料污染治理是国家战略的重要组成部分。生物可降解塑料作为塑料替代材料中的一种,能够在一次性、难回收、易泄露等特定场景中,在一定程度上缓解塑料污染的问题。本文首先对几种主要生物可降解塑料的性能、应用及全生命周期环境影响进行了分析,然后系统阐述了全球生物可降解塑料产业政策、发展现状及技术进展,厘清了国内生物可降解塑料产业发展过程中存在的问题与瓶颈,最后提出了我国生物可降解塑料产业的发展建议。Control of waste plastics is an important issue of the national strategy in China.As a substitute for plastics,bio-degradable plastics can alleviate white pollution to some extent in specific application scenarios such as disposable,diffi-cult to recycle,and prone to leakage.This article reviewed the performance,the application,and the full life cycle envi-ronmental impact of several major biodegradable plastics.Then,the global industry policies,development situation,and technological progress were summarized,and the problems and bottlenecks in the domestic industry were pointed out.Fi-nally,several suggestions for China′s biodegradable plastic industry were proposed.
