摘　　要：药食同源以其食用和药用双重价值,为老龄人群健康提供了一种自然、安全且有效的养护途径。本文通过对现有研究成果、政策法规及公开数据的整理,探讨药食同源国内外研究现状与趋势,分析药食同源物质对老年人的突出作用,提出药食同源在养老产业的具体应用策略,旨在为提升老年人健康水平、防治慢性疾病、促进养老产业发展等提供理论依据。With its dual value of edible and medicinal use,medicine and food homology provides a natural,safe and effective way to maintain the health of the elderly.Through the collation of existing research results,policies and regulations,and public data,this paper discusses the current status and trend of medicine and food homology research at home and abroad,analyzes the prominent role of medicine and food homology on the elderly,and proposes specific application strategies in the elderly care industry,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health level of the elderly,preventing and treating chronic diseases,and promoting the development of the elderly care industry.
