摘  要:本文以山西省、吉林省和内蒙古自治区3个产地的远志幼苗为研究对象,通过单因素实验初步确定远志幼苗总黄酮的提取工艺,并比较不同产地远志幼苗中总黄酮提取量的差异。结果表明,远志幼苗总黄酮的提取工艺为浸提温度60℃、料液比1∶60(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数60%。在此提取工艺下得到3个不同产地的远志幼苗总黄酮提取量为山西省>内蒙古自治区>吉林省。In this paper,Polygala seedling from Shanxi province,Jilin province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects.The extraction process of total flavonoids from Polygala seedlings was preliminarily determined by single factor experiment,and the difference of total flavonoids extraction from Polygala seedlings in different producing areas was compared.The results showed that the extraction process of total flavonoids from Polygala seedlings was as follows:extraction temperature 60℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶60(g∶mL),ethanol volume fraction 60%.Under this extraction process,the total flavonoids extracted from Polygala seedlings in 3 different producing areas were Shanxi province>Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region>Jilin province.
