摘  要:随着我国农业现代化进程的加快,农产品加工环节的价值转化能力直接影响农民增收。当前,农业产业链中普遍存在初级农产品附加值低、加工技术应用不足、利益分配失衡等问题,制约了乡村经济高质量发展的步伐。基于此,本文结合价值链理论,深入分析农产品到食品加工初级生产阶段的价值创造机制以及食品加工环节的价值链扩展与重构,旨在为优化农业全产业链效益提供理论参考。With the acceleration of China’s agricultural modernization,the value transformation ability of agricultural product processing directly affects the increase of farmers’income.At present,there are common problems in the agricultural industry chain,such as low added value of primary agricultural products,insufficient application of processing technology,and imbalance in benefit distribution,which restricts the pace of high-quality development of rural economy.Based on this,this paper combines the value chain theory to analyze the value creation mechanism from agricultural products to the primary production stage of food processing,as well as the expansion and reconstruction of the value chain in food processing,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the benefits of the whole agricultural industry chain.
