摘 要:本文建立一种测定玉米中赤霉烯酮含量的检测方法。通过使用荧光标记的抗体测定荧光强度来确定赤霉烯酮的含量。结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,R2=0.9985;方法检出限为0.5μg·kg^(-1),定量限1.0μg·kg^(-1);加标回收率在85.6%~95.3%,相对标准偏差小于8%。该方法快速、灵敏、特异性强以及准确性良好,适用于测定玉米中的赤霉烯酮含量。A method for the determination of gibberellenone in corn was developed.The amount of gibberellenone was determined by using fluorescent-labeled antibodies and measuring the fluorescence intensity.The results show that the linear relationship of the method is good,R2=0.9985;the limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.5μg·kg^(-1)and 1.0μg·kg^(-1);the recoveries were 85.6%to 95.3%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 8%.The method was rapid,sensitive,specific and accurate,and was suitable for the determination of gibberellenone in corn.
